Passport Services

Standard processing takes 10-15 working days. Express service (available at extra cost) takes 3-5 working days.

You'll need:
  • Original National ID and copy
  • Birth certificate (for first-time applicants)
  • Two recent passport photos
  • Old passport (for renewals)

Business Registration

A business name is simpler (KES 850) but offers no legal separation from the owner. A company (KES 10,650+) is a separate legal entity that protects your personal assets.

Business name registration takes 1-2 working days. Company registration takes 3-5 working days after name approval.

General Questions

We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
