Passport Services
Standard processing takes 10-15 working days. Express service (available at
extra
cost) takes 3-5 working days.
You'll need:
Original National ID and copy
Birth certificate (for first-time applicants)
Two recent passport photos
Old passport (for renewals)
Business
Registration
A business name is simpler (KES 850) but offers no legal separation from the
owner.
A company (KES 10,650+) is a separate legal entity that protects your personal
assets.
Business name registration takes 1-2 working days. Company registration takes
3-5
working days after name approval.
General
Questions
We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and bank transfers. All
payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
You'll receive SMS updates at each stage. You can also log in to your account on
our
portal or contact our support team via phone/email.
